The Birreria Ottone was founded in 1870 by the Austrian master brewer, Otto Wipflinger, who began to produce, import and sell German and Austrian beer, accompanying it with traditional Tyrolese dishes. Nowadays, the pub is both and elegant and typical alehouse and renowned restaurant, where tradition and modernity meet and unite, especially in the culinary offer. The Navarrino Wipflinger building acts as the setting and is still managed by the founder's grandchildren.
