VIOLI and machinery for the jewellery industry

In the field of cold drawing, Violi, a sector leader for 25 years and a key player at T-GOLD, has developed a series of machinery able to meet the various needs of speed, length, drawing power and easy management.

This series comprises hydraulic drawing benches with lengths and powers that range from 10,000 to 30,000 kg a time, used to reduce the section and thickness of tubes and round bars or those with a complex profile. The latest patent registered by the company in the cold drawing field is for hydraulic extrusion drawing. The system can draw tubes of up to 80 mm in diameter and is specifically designed for producing bracelets.

All the machines can be accompanied by welding machines, hand/automated shrinking machines, calibration benches and every tool required based on the customer’s specific needs.
