A compact, desktop system equipped with modern LCD controls, self-diagnostic functions and a variety of casting programmes, UltraCast Pro is totally automated and starts by simply pushing a button. Highly versatile, the machine can be used for casting precious metals as well as the production of metal ingots and grains.
Ultraflex Power Technologies offers a vast range of induction casting and precious and non-precious casting machines. The models available use centrifugal pressure and vacuum casting.
To complete the offer are also various development, workshop and maintenance services, OEM systems, repairs, integrations and installations.
Over the years, the company has produced some of the most widely used systems in the jewellery industry, like the universal centrifugal casting machines Supercast J5 and EasyCast EC-12. Both process all metals, precious and non-precious, and are particularly recommended for casting white gold, platinum and palladium alloys.
Moreover, the SuperCast system has a special patented RCS rotating bobbin system that continuously heats the molten metal during the injection process, ensuring liquidity and a high quality jet, a feature which is particularly important for metals that solidify quickly, such as titanium, steel and platinum.
