Masterix Srl at T.Gold with the AUTO-ON SYSTEM

Masterix is a young company founded in 2012. It is growing constantly at an international level thanks to the support of numerous partners and big names in jewellery and fashion that have introduced machinery from the MASTERINJECT series into their companies to create high-definition wax models.

In fact, Masterix Srl, with considerable know-how gained in the various sectors of industrial automation, electronics and IT, software development in particular, designs and manufactures products that speed up, simplify and optimize company production cycles.

Among its more interesting innovations on a technological level in the wax injector sector, able to simplify the operator's work and speed up production, is Masterix's AUTO-ON SYSTEM, available for the MJ series with C10 and C13 clamps. Thanks to a series of sensors, the system allows the operator to start the work cycle simply by placing the mould inside the clamp and without even pressing a button. This process saves up to 3 seconds at each injection cycle, ensuring a considerable increase in production.

The production of semi-automatic injectors is 300 items/h (2400 items/8h) and the system is easy to use with the elimination of possible errors. This is why it is particularly recommended for non-expert operators.
