The news of SISMA at T. Gold 2021

SISMA S.p.A, founded in 1961, is a company specialized in the design and production of precision machinery, laser systems, and 3D printers.

The experience acquired for 60 years allows the company to exploit production systems spread over different market sectors and to maintain a very high number of processes.

At T. Gold SISMA S.p.A will present SL GO and SL PLUS, new concept pulsed laser generators specially developed to perform chain welding processes. These sources, which lend themselves to optical devices and very small optical fibers, ensure perfect optical stability, great reliability, and welding repeatability even with high production volumes, and the enhanced cooling system guarantees operation even in hostile conditions.

The very high quality of the laser beam is also aimed at performing uniform and precision welding.
Unlike the GO model, the PLUS model integrates the innovative Cruise Control (patented), which electronically measures the actual fiber power and keeps it constant over time. The system compensates for those slight differences in the power of the shot, whether they are variables related to frequency, use, or thermal operating conditions.

The new figaro machine for curling and forcing F2 / UL (L in laser version), with a wire range up to 0.80 mm, enriches the content of SISMA chain machines. The touchscreen panel is now at the center of the machine control and allows the configuration between curb and cable chain.

Very simply and without mechanical interventions, it is possible to change the configuration of the machine and the desired chain product in real-time, passing from right / left curb to normal or cable chain with an alternating sequence of long and short rings, even when the machine is running. The concatenation of the forcing does not require the chain collector plate.
Lastly, in the F2/UL version, the welding of the rings takes place in the machine thanks to the combination with laser source model SL PLUS 50.
