The OMEGA and ZEUS furnaces by G.B. F.LII BERTONCELLO at T. Gold

G.B. F.LLI BERTONCELLO SRL, founded in 1958 in Bassano del Grappa in Vicenza, is a company specialized in the design and sale of electric ovens and machines for goldsmithing, silverware, costume jewellery, watchmaking, eyewear, manufacturing, and footwear industries.

At T. Gold, the Venetian company will present two new machines representing the development by F.lli Bertoncello of innovative solutions to satisfy the customer at 360 degrees.

The OMEGA machine is equipped with induction heating with a vacuum and pressure system, and it can produce finished and semi-finished objects such as wires or plates.

On the other hand, the vertical ZEUS furnaces have been designed to continuously cast wires, plates, or tubes in precious alloys.
All ZEUS models are equipped with a silent induction generator group with programming for independent heating of the die and additional cooling in the outlet of the profile from the water jet die and recovery steel tank.

Both forwarding machines are designed for viewing the parameters remotely (INDUSTRY 4.0 READY) to provide real-time machine productivity data, production progress, and traceability of the products made, making OMEGA and ZEUS ovens innovative of their kind.
