Orotig presents the new Revo X model

Orotig S.p.A. for almost 30 years it has been designing and manufacturing innovative laser solutions for welding, marking, melting and cutting of metallic and non-metallic materials. Highest quality, precision, performance and reliability are the basic principles that have allowed the company to define new quality standards in the jewelery industry and establish itself as a high-level player in the goldsmith sector.

The new Revo X model represents the new benchmark of welding machines in the goldsmith sector, guaranteeing performances also suitable for continuous processing cycles. Thanks to an improved optical compartment and a cutting-edge cooling system, it is possible to have powers up to 280 Joules and very high processing frequencies up to 40 shots per second.

The sector is completed by a capacitive touch-screen with software capable of recording images and videos, as well as Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity, as required by Industry 4.0 regulations.
In the design of this model Orotig wanted to keep the operator at the center of the project: the ergonomics of the position of the microscope and a padded cushion that runs along the entire opening of the welding chamber ensure a comfortable position even during the longest work sessions. . The safety of the operators is guaranteed both by innovative self-extinguishing materials of the machine body and by an air sanitization system using UV-C sources.
