The BULGARI TALENT DAY AT VICENZORO is ready to go today

In collaboration with Adecco, the project involves Italy's top goldsmith schools with a programme that develops over 3 key phases: the company's presentation workshop at the schools, candidate selection activities and the defining of possible training supplements, employment and training of the finalists at the Bulgari Jewellery Academy. At VICENZAORO on 26th September, Bulgari and Adecco will be presenting the Talent Day "NEW JEWELLERY JOBS: tradition and innovation meet the new generations". A valuable sharing moment between companies, schools and young people that offers participants the chance to face the professional challenges of the future in a rapidly evolving sector that is strongly linked to its own origins. For the Talent Day, Bulgari will share its over 130-year success story up to the recent opening of the new factory in Valenza. After the debate, it will present the real employment and career opportunities linked to the new industrial site, collect the CVs of those interested and meet the students during short interviews. From December 2016 to date, Bulgari has activated 8 technical specialization courses whose final aim is enrolment in the Jewellery Academy: - 4 courses financed by the European 2014-2020 funds at the Foral and Ghurardi schools in Piedmont; - 4 courses financed by the Formatemp fund at Foral and Tads. These initiatives led to the company being able to employ all those who successfully finished the courses: out of a total of 170 newly-employed workers, 75 came from the courses. To accompany the training offered by the schools, Bulgari, in collaboration with Adecco Training, has set up an internal facility for developing skills and for technical specialization, in line with the investment in training and development that has always been a distinguishing feature of the famous brand. This facility is the Bulgari Jewellery Academy, a tangible opportunity for new employees to get on track and do a highly qualifying training course. Participants will be able to refine their skills by exercising their talent and creativity, guided by master goldsmiths with various specializations and consolidated experience in creating Bulgari jewellery.
