Extravagance and luxury, trends and big names in the fashion world: this is much more than the Met Gala that this year has seen feathers, ruffles, dream dresses and jewels turn heads.
The theme of the 2019 edition of the renowned event, "Camp: Notes on Fashion", gave way to the most famous and original designers in the world of fashion and luxury in general who, with their creations worn by celebrities from the world of music, of cinema and TV, were the great protagonists on the red carpet.
Great eye-catcher also for the most sparkling jewels that have framed and enhanced the looks chosen by celebrities and designers. Absolute protagonists are many precious colored stones and large diamonds set in yellow and white gold.
Among all the Tiffany butterfly around the neck by Lady Gaga and the rococo brooches by Cartier to embellish the Lily Collins hairstyle. The precious and semi-nude look by Emily Ratajkowski with Messika jewels is also amazing, a brand that has "dressed" also Emily Blunt in total gold.
And then Winnie Harlow with the Chopard jewels, Naomi Campbell including rubies and diamonds by Bulgari vintage, and Gemma Chan who wore a large precious headdress made by Forevermark. Billy Porter is also golden, who, in addition to the pharaonic gold leaf dress by The Blonds, wore Zanotti jeweled shoes, and the beautiful Bella Hadid who embellished his Moschino dress with a myriad of rigid Art Noveau style bracelets and studded with diamonds and precious stones.
Jewels also on the red Gucci tunic worn by Jared Leto m, on the red carpet with his wax head, while Penelope Cruz opted for a pair of half-moon earrings with diamonds by Chanel and Gwen Stefani with a real waterfall of maxi stones at the neck and on the body.
Finally Joan Collins and her majestic tiara, the precious embroidered headband by Dakota Johnson and the thousand golden clips by Ashley Graham. Endless glitter!
