IEG supports Vicenza arts
Supporting the cultural qualities of the Berici Hill territory, consolidating the strong bond that exists with the city of Vicenza, is undoubtedly one of the missions of Italian Exhibition Group Spa (IEG), which has always kept a watchful eye on the arts and young generations.
This is why the company has set aside €1000 to fund a scholarship for students graduating at the “Arrigo Pedrollo” Conservatory’s Jazz Music Department in Vicenza, one of the Italian music schools with the greatest teaching offer and over 700 students.
Moreover, during the September edition of Vicenzaoro, namely at the Show’s opening cocktail event, several students will be performing in the prestigious setting of the Basilica Palladiana.
A synergy able to promote creativity and academic training in the artistic field. “Like the gold and jewellery industry, the Conservatory is also a symbol of Vicenza excellence”, said Maestro Roberto Antonello, Director of the “Arrigo Pedrollo” Conservatory.
To go into details, the scholarship was assigned to Niccolò Romanin, a graduate in Drums and Jazz Percussion and Beatrice Milanese, a graduate in Jazz Singing. The two students came top in level 1 Jazz in the October 2018/February 2019/July 2019 sessions.
