«I want the customer to immediately feel he has come home as soon as he crosses the threshold»: this is how Giancarlo Perbellini, the multi-awarded chef, welcomes his guests in what, for him, is a wonderful challenge - to set up his restaurant in the unique setting of Piazza San Zeno, in the heart of ancient Verona. The cuisine is always the main player. Barriers disappear, leaving the chef to his work in and extraordinary open kitchen so that the customers can watch and admire the dishes being prepared. With just 24 covers, the atmosphere is intimate. In summer, the outside tables provide a wonderful view of one of Verona's historical squares.
